Why OKLCH?
Traditional color spaces like RGB or HSL are not perceptually uniform. Changing the hue in HSL can drastically change the perceived lightness of a color (yellow vs. blue). Pigment uses OKLCH, a modern color space that separates Lightness, Chroma (saturation), and Hue effectively. This means you can rotate the hue while keeping the exact same perceived brightness, ensuring your color palettes feel balanced and professional automatically.
